AFE Urges Strong Support for Mechanical Insulation Tax Incentives to Save Jobs and the Environment
The Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE) is supporting legislation that encourages the use of mechanical insulation through tax and other incentives. The bill, introduced by U.S. Reps. Don Manzullo (R-IL) and Tim Ryan (D-OH), along with U.S. Senators Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) and Mike Johanns (R-NE), is intended to "cut energy costs, reduce carbon emissions, and put Americans back to work" according to a statement issued by the House Manufacturing Caucus.
