Tara is a Learning and Performance Subject Matter Expert for the Life Cycle Institute, the learning, leadership and change management practice at Life Cycle Engineering. Tara specializes in building programs that meet business objectives and developing facilitator techniques that ensure behavior change.
Tara, as part of a two-person team at LCE, developed the 3A Learning process: align, assimilate, apply. She was also the lead developer on a competency-based facilitator development program and a certification exam based on ANSI E2659-09 and ISO 17011.
