Michael, BP Principal Reliability Engineer for BP Refining, has 42 years of maintenance technology and reliability experience. He holds a bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Maintenance & Reliability. Michael is a former Chairman of the Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP) and is the current Chairman of the Houston Chapter of the Society of Reliability Engineers.
Vijay is currently a Reliabilty Engineer working at BP Refinery in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He devotes the majority of his time to maintenance area efforts with most of his career being devoted to improving the reliability of the plant by facilitation & analysis support through all phases of Vulnerability Studies, Criticality Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Spare Parts Assessment, Maintenance Plan Development, Maintenance Work Order Analysis, Asset Health Monitoring & Prioritization, etc. Vijay, besides his reliability certifications, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master's Degree in Maintenance & Asset Management and an MBA. He is currently Chair of the SMRP Oil, Gas, and Petrochemicals Shared Interest Group
