PRESENTER: Michael Shields is a Research Director at the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia. He is a researcher and creative thinker with over ten years of experience partnering with community organizations, nonprofits, government agencies, academic institutions, and private corporations. Mr. Shields is often called upon to speak on various economic topics as related to Philadelphia and the state.
